They don't even deserve any star. People always saying support black small businesses. I ordered two dresses 8 june received them 17 June and they where too big I returned them the next day 18 for an exchange as there is no refund policy. 21 June the owner Nomonde called me to say my replacement dresses where couriered a day before. I waited for the dresses 06 july I sent her email no reply 09july sent her another email with no response I called the office with no response. Sent her a private message on Instagram 19 july asking what happened to my replacement dresses. She told me her shop was in town next to looted shops. I told her my order was out before the Riots started as she called my on 21june and told me that. She then promised to refund me in full since she didn't meet her terms and conditions. 21 july she told me she has refunded me 25 I send her another message telling her to send me proof of payment as I haven't received my payment. She sad the money will clear Monday 26 july. Today Monday 26 july still no money send her another message asking what game she's playing. She called and told me she doesn't owe me R100k but R2k and I should stop harassing her for small change and that she too has lawyers. I am very disgusted with the lack of customer service and the nerve to call me and insult me instead of fulfilling her promise. Monde Le Grand sucks and as a researcher of companies i am very disgusted with Nomondes behavior
