Omnicon, our latest problem. I tested at Mulbarton hospital, as they have an outdoor testing lab, and I felt a few symptoms. Rapid test returns 45min later with a positive.
Get home inform the wife and kids to stay clear and test. Wife goes to Mondeor Medical hoping to see a Dr to get advice and meds for me as I know need to isolate and self medicate.
Reception informs her that I have no file and that I have never been there before. I call, asking what that even means, the story changes to; "we cannot help you as you did not do your test with us Sir".
My Dr refuses to see me, or my wife in this case to prescribe meds (we happy to covet the normal consulting fee), but this is not possible. "We only assist patients who tested with us",
Ma'am, I cannot come and sit in a waiting room or go face to face with a Dr when I know I am not feeling well and tested already, I can forward you the results for Dr to check, all I need is for Dr to see my wife, she will call if Dr wants to speak directly to me to ask what i am feeling.
No Sir, sorry we cannot help you.
All along I thought that is exactly why I would go see my Dr, to get help.
Clearly Mondeor Medical is ****ed for not getting a 'cut' in the covid test billions.
