This medical centre is very slow. The waiting for a doctor took more than two and half hours. This is bad for a medical centre which is suppose to be atleast assisting patients as quick as possible. Complaining might not help change the situation but they need to know that some of us had a terrible experience at your centre.

I needed to see a doctor on 21st of May 2023. I arrived at 11:45 and was told that the doctor has already left, their hours on a Sunday is until 12:00. I returned Monday 22nd May 2023 ar 16:30 and was told that the doctor will not be seeing any other patients and was yet again turned away, their advertised consulting hours is until 18:00 weekdays. This is not the first time I have experienced this type unprofessionalism at this practice and am unable to determine whether this is a decision made by the admin staff for their convenience or by the practicing doctor/s.

The elderly receptionist lady with short hair is Rude and has no people skills. Please get someone who is willing to welcome us patients without being rude and making one feel unwelcomed. If she's not happy with her job why not quit and be a sour face to others

Omnicon, our latest problem. I tested at Mulbarton hospital, as they have an outdoor testing lab, and I felt a few symptoms. Rapid test returns 45min later with a positive. Get home inform the wife and kids to stay clear and test. Wife goes to Mondeor Medical hoping to see a Dr to get advice and meds for me as I know need to isolate and self medicate. Reception informs her that I have no file and that I have never been there before. I call, asking what that even means, the story changes to; "we cannot help you as you did not do your test with us Sir". My Dr refuses to see me, or my wife in this case to prescribe meds (we happy to covet the normal consulting fee), but this is not possible. "We only assist patients who tested with us", Ma'am, I cannot come and sit in a waiting room or go face to face with a Dr when I know I am not feeling well and tested already, I can forward you the results for Dr to check, all I need is for Dr to see my wife, she will call if Dr wants to speak directly to me to ask what i am feeling. No Sir, sorry we cannot help you. All along I thought that is exactly why I would go see my Dr, to get help. Clearly Mondeor Medical is ****ed for not getting a 'cut' in the covid test billions.

The receptionist lady took me off the list for a rule she had not made me aware of and not stipulated anywhere on the premises. I had put my details down and asked how long it would take. She explained to me that it would be a minimum of an hour and I stepped out to get food. Upon my return she told me she had taken me off the list because I had stepped out. I understand that there is a rule, however I find it exceptionally rude and inconsiderate that she had not informed me that I am to sit in the chair regardless of having paid for the consultation and been told the wait would be an hour. The doctors are pleasant, the front staff however are rude and disrespectful. I don’t know why they opted to deal with people when they give off such a hostile energy. We are already ill. We don’t need to be made to feel like they’re doing us a favour - we are not here to see them in the first place!
