Fastway managed to make me find a fast way to get so frustrated. They sent an email on Wednesday, 28 of January at 08:02 saying the parcel will be delivered on the same day. I left work at 10:00 to be at home so I can wait. They sent another update confirming that it will be delivered the same day. It has been over nine hours of waiting until the night, and no parcel has been delivered. No calls or any update. Their WhatsApp line does not help with any good feedback because all is automated responses. Fastway is not for me and if any of the suppliers want to send things to me with Fastway, I would rather walk to go collect it myself. Fastway, you are terrible and in my world, you would not exit.
This medical centre is very slow. The waiting for a doctor took more than two and half hours. This is bad for a medical centre which is suppose to be atleast assisting patients as quick as possible. Complaining might not help change the situation but they need to know that some of us had a terrible experience at your centre.
It offers a great service and I have been using it for sometime now. The biggest issue I had with them was when they sent me an incomplete order and instead of them sending the rest of what I ordered, they asked me to go online and process a request to return what the item I received so that they can send me the resend the rest of the order. This puzzled me and I ended up to putting a claim because it was just a rigorous process. I still want to know why they just couldn't send me the other items which were still outstanding. It has been months and I still haven't received my outstanding order.
The worst kind of service that I have ever experienced. The arrogance of the owner by the name Charles is even as taller as his expanded ego. This is a kind of business that should not be servicing anyone. They don't even deserve any single star rating.
