Waiting time for the doctor is too long

This medical centre is very slow. The waiting for a doctor took more than two and half hours. This is bad for a medical centre which is suppose to be atleast assisting patients as quick as possible.

Complaining might not help change the situation but they need to know that some of us had a terrible experience at your centre.
