capitec money lost

I went to capitec to deposit money,when i got there the machine was active it required an account number i inserted it then the atm closet opened i put in the money then it closes immediately after closing the atm had an error after error it went out of service i pressed cancel the atm closet didnt open i panicked asked for some lady working inside the branch she said i must move people want to use the atm the money wont come out i move i was confused the next person came i dont know what he was doing nw Capitec is saying its investigating the matter after their atm failed
