Very unhappy ,disgraced and disgusting !! I ordered fibre a day ago and cancelled a hour later , one of the agents Sinton told me he cancelled the order ,I get debited 2 times and get charged a debit order reversal fee as I didn't pay the R250 . I get charged a extra R50 from them for debit rejection fee . I then message an agent Tebogo N . He/she says unfortunately I need to pay the 299 or I won't get service from any other service provider ever again ? . Ridiculous! Why should I pay a cancellation fee for a order I just placed ,and cancelled . Never received a service ! I get asked to speak to a Manager ,I get told oh it's Sunday no one is available.
Horrible service ! I won't pay for a order I cancelled within the same day . Definitely wont let this slide , will take this further !
