So I couldn’t do a review on my email thats registered to my account .however Nedbank im very dissapointed . Communication is bad with you guys ! I never got told my account was closed .I won money with a casino and gave them a closed bank account details . I then went to n1 city branch where I opened that account and got told oh I need to wait 15 days as it will reflect in the suspense account, they copied my ID and took my number .Gentleman said he will check regularly and phone me , im still waiting for a call from them . I went in again staff were so quick to get done to go home , they told me they will investigate where the money went to and call me . Im still waiting for the call AGAIN! I haven’t heard anything yet . I can’t spend money on a uber whole time only for them to rush to get done and the attitude ! I want my money ! And I want to know where the money went to . Very unhappy ,disgraced and disgusting !! I ordered fibre a day ago and cancelled a hour later , one of the agents Sinton told me he cancelled the order ,I get debited 2 times and get charged a debit order reversal fee as I didn't pay the R250 . I get charged a extra R50 from them for debit rejection fee . I then message an agent Tebogo N . He/she says unfortunately I need to pay the 299 or I won't get service from any other service provider ever again ? . Ridiculous! Why should I pay a cancellation fee for a order I just placed ,and cancelled . Never received a service ! I get asked to speak to a Manager ,I get told oh it's Sunday no one is available. Horrible service ! I won't pay for a order I cancelled within the same day . Definitely wont let this slide , will take this further !
I've been with rain for a few years now ,and never had issues ,until recently . My billing is ridiculous!!! Firstly Rain is MONTH TO MONTH ,as ADVERTISED!!. So I couldn't pay rain one month and they were kind enough to still let me use the internet for another month . Now it is off and they billing me for 3 MONTHS ???? I understand I must pay the 2 months because you've given be the service .but for the past month it has been off and now that I want to pay ,I see im being billed for the 3rd month of service I never received?? . Called in to customer service ,the lady agreed with me that Rain is month to month .but she couldn't give me a reason as to why I'm being billed for 3 months when I only used 2 months . I feel like not using them ever again ,HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED,AND I ALWAYS USE TO SPEAK GOOD ABOUT RAIN ..
This is my 2nd time applying for a contract by Vodacom and I've been approved and then I get problems and I get nothing. I'm tired of it ,because it's a footprint in my credit and I get approved and then I never recieve my packages .I phoned in 10 times and I get empty promises and I'm still waiting for them to phone me regarding my new contract that I'm suppose to have delivered to me. Really wanted to be with Vodacom but they never deliver. Disappointed with their service
I have a contract at telkom for a tablet of R169 per month ,I have been paying my contract until they had an issue with debiting ,I contacted my bank and it was no issue with them .telkom didnt deduct for 4 months but ive still been paying with easy pay number at pickn pay . I then decided to phone them to find out if I can pay up the device fee as I was tired of having money in the bank and then they never deduct then every payment they add a R200 fee . The lady said okay she will send the account number for me to pay up the device fee . Which has been a month ago and still waiting for the account number to be sent. I therefore phoned again and they said the contract was cancelled. Which I didnt want but they cancelled it . I then arranged to do payments monthly still . On tuesday they deducted 1700 from my bank account ,in which now suddenly they have no problem in deducting .I then phoned to find out why as I made arrangement to pay monthly .they then said I was in arrears of 1700 as I took a upgrade in december ,an upgrade I was never aware of ,never received any device or data nothing ,never signed for it ,never been called to take to upgrade ,nothing . I then told them I want to speak to a team leader as no one can assist me ,they said a team leader would contact me ,no one called and I called again ,a consultant then managed to email a team leader ,the next day a team leader called and said she can see there was an upgrade but she will have to phone sales department to find out when it was taken . Up to today I didnt hear of her .and I am to a point where I am done with telkom. The upgrade was obviously fraudulent as I have not been aware of it and now no one can phone and assist me to solve the problem ,today I got a message saying I will be taken to attorneys for that contract fee of 1700 that im in arrears of for that upgrade that im not aware of . Really upset and will never use telkom ever again.
PR Car Audio & Styling I purchased a double din(touch screen radio/ tape) for my car at PR Car Audio and Styling in voertrekker road in Goodwood about 2 to almost 3 months ago, after using the device for sometime I decided to use the USB part of the tape just to find that it wasn't working, I never used that part of the radio before, on last week Monday the 5th of October 2020 i returned the device and the owner told me that it would take 3- 5 days at most for them to replace it, I went in on Friday and saw my device standing there and I was told that no they will just be sending a new one, I said okay fine I will come back on Monday the 12th of October 2020, when I cam they said no the boss isn't there that they will be phoning me the next day which was today the 13th of October 2020 by 9am, I called them at around 12:30 pm to find out what's happening and the owner told me they sent in the device this morning because his employees gave the wrong device to the courier guy in last week but he will call the supply to find out how long it's going to take for me and call back before 3pm today, I called them now at around 16:13 again because I did not receive a call back and the owner gave me a completely different story saying the supplier didn't call him back, but he told me his going to call them not them him, then he said the courier guy didn't fetch the device yet but yet at 12:30pm he said that the courier guy only fetched the device this morning, then he said he will call them and then he put the phone down I'm my face, I phoned back 4 times after that and he just didn't answer, I called their other number and his wife picked up, she said he was on the phone and she would call me back in 10mins it's been 30 minutes now and she still haven't called, I called back now and their employees said no they gone home already I've tried calling now again to them and they just ignoring my calls, this is very unprofessional and rude from this company and right now all I want is my money back for the device which costed me R2500 from them.
