Once again I have to turn to Hello Peter to get a response from Mondo.
I contacted Mondo in November - Your sales agent deliberately mislead me and activated an account that I did not want. Mondo admitted this to me (near a month later after I followed up - Not Mondo contacting me). In December I was told I will get a cancellation confirmation. Middle January, I once again on numerous attempts to make contact, make a Hello Peter post to where you contact me within minutes! Beginning of Feb I follow up on this again - Once again - I have to run after Mondo to sort your mess out. I phone Mondo again 2 days ago and was told that the agent will call me back. Still no call. Still no feed back.
Now, it seems like Mondo is running away and I am left to foot the bill. I am tired of sales talks, empty apologies, empty promises, "we will follow up with Telkom" and blaming Telkom for your mistakes.
Please don't call me within minutes with apologies. I have to waste so much of my time that I am being paid for by someone else and your calls with no actual result in the end.
I am available at 15:00 to take your call. I have 10 minutes as I have other responsibilities other than run after Mondo.
