Horrible after sale service!!!

They are quick to do the initial instalment of the irrigation system, but don't ever try to get service afterward to fix something, they are not even prepared to help in an emergency. When load shedding damaged the control box, they quoted me R20,000 for something I was able to replace for R600, I am absolutely appalled!!! Today I tried to give them another chance for an emergency that leaves my entire property without water due to the irrigation system, but they can help somewhere in November. Never again!!!!
