Thieves!

I requested a quote for repairs to compare with the one I had already received from another company. Their team misinterpreted the request & provided a wrong quotation. They gave the impression that they were going to fix my geyser issue.

I was surprised to see an invoice claiming that they have sent out a plumber to assess the issue, they cannot fix it and I must pay. They are currently threatening me to pay for their negligence!

The director is actually the one threatening!
