Big Cheers and thanks to Monster Plumbing for exception service and going the extra mile to assist. The entire Team is an absolute pleasure to interact with and get things done asap. They have assisted us with many an emergency and i would like to thank Chantal and Kevin Kirsten for a fabulous Team and attitude. They are defs the go to for all plumbing and Water certification requirements.

Monster Plumbing stuck with me even after I made an error in specifications and realized it only after installation. No worries, the most friendly and expert service continued without hesitation and all was promptly rectified, the company carrying the brunt of my mistake. I feel like I have an uncle in the plumbing business! MP carries my unequivocal endor*****t and recommendation..what a great company!

I requested a quote for repairs to compare with the one I had already received from another company. Their team misinterpreted the request & provided a wrong quotation. They gave the impression that they were going to fix my geyser issue. I was surprised to see an invoice claiming that they have sent out a plumber to assess the issue, they cannot fix it and I must pay. They are currently threatening me to pay for their negligence! The director is actually the one threatening!

So much for your fair policy
Shocking experience, having a plumber called out to detect and fix a leak. Spent 3 hours fixing somthing that wasn't even the actual problem. Called out a second plumber for a follow up the next day as we woke up to a flooded bedroom and bathroom, who then detected the actual leak (from the same company). Invoiced us a ridiculous amount for repairs and parts without a complete consult on what needed to be done and all the costs involved. Choose wisely if you are considering Monster plumbing as they seem to only have one thing in mind, taking advantage of people and especially during an economic crisis.

I used to phone around for the cheapest plumber, who would inevitably end up costing more than anticipated and would take ages to fix the fault. Last year I had an issue and a friend recommended Monster plumbing. The cost was as the same as expected, I called them in the morning and plumbers were there the same morning despite it not being an emergency. Problem fixed on site with spares they carried with them. Again today we had another issue. It was resolved within two hours of me contacting them, and it was not even an emergency. The plumbers are always on time, efficient, friendly and get the job done quickly. If you are a property owner getting work done for a tenant then you definitely want to use these guys.

As a landlord it is important that these problems are fixed asap, not just from an investment point of view but also to keep the tenants happy. I called MP on my way to the property and was told they would be there within an hour as they were busy on another site. Within 50 minutes a gentleman by the name of Ryan arrived. Not even 20 minutes later the leak was fixed and they were on their way. The second time the geyser element packed up. A time was set, however 30 minutes before the scheduled time, i received a call asking if they could come now as they finished early at another job. It took them not even 30 minutes to replace the element and fix another leak on a tap. They may not be the cheapest company around, however as the saying goes, you get what you pay for and i happily paid the bill. Outstanding service and i can recommend them wholeheartedly. </p>
