Not recommended
Signed up with them less than a year ago and have had only issues after issues. No communication, empty promises, other policy holder information sent to me by mistake, always have to follow up, etc. They really do not care about their customers. I would not recommend this company.

Signed up with them less than a year ago and have had only issues after issues. No communication, empty promises, other policy holder information sent to me by mistake, always have to follow up, etc. They really do not care about their customers. I would not recommend this company.

Mont Blanc Financial Services Team are AWESOME
Mont Blanc Financial services you are amazing or may I add your people! Kaitlyn Coetsee and Jolene Deysel what an incredible team! When in contact it feels like I am speaking to an old friend, no pressure, no worries just support and I really appreciate that. I have Home/car and now Medical aid and it feels incredible knowing all my requests will be taken care of. Highly recommended! no need to talk to the medical aids/insurance companies they do that comfortably for you. Appreciate what you are doing, you guys rock! Keep it up :)

Melanese assisted me promptly in getting authorisation numbers for a procedure for my daughter and went above and beyond to ensure the chronic medication application was sorted through Discovery
Melanese assisted me promptly in getting authorisation numbers for a procedure for my daughter and went above and beyond to ensure the chronic medication application was sorted through Discovery. I honestly wouldn’t know what to do without my incredible team of brokers at Mont Blanc, they make navigating medical aid and insurance so much easier and less stressful!

Employees were told to write all of the positive reviews
It's really pathetic that Mont Blanc had to force a whole bunch of employees to give reviews on Hello Peter to boost their ratings. Go look at all the reviews that conveniently fall on 3-11 October 2024. That should tell you how awful this company is....
