Worst Car Dealership in South Africa

A bunch of ******!!!!!! I bought a 2019 Ford Ecosport from Chris, that claimed that this car is clean and in 100% good condition, accident free, at the end of May 2023 for my daughter who is a student, the car was delivered without a manual, jack and spanner, which I received a few days later. I was charged R6500-00 for licensing and registration yet I did and pay for all as I am in Nelspruit. On her first trip to Nelspruit she complained that whilst driving it lost power, I immediately alerted Chris, to no avail. The car has now been more at the Mechanical workshop than with my daughter after it broken down completely which include: broken engine mounting on driver side, both gearbox mountings broken, turbo broken, brakes failed due to brake booster pipe glued with pratley steel, rat bite marks on the water bottle and possible wiring issues as well, which Chris claimed he didn’t see, etc etc. This car has cost me now over R50 000-00 and is still not fixed. I’m not sure if this car was build up by them or what but they simply refuse to take responsibility for anything. Legal proceedings, including involving Wesbank will now start!!This is the most dishonest car dealership in South Africa!! Stay away!!!!
