HOTEL VENUE

As discussed with your manager on Saturday night 02/12/2023 at around 10:10 pm my room was not ready!

I was very disappointed as I did speak to your manager earlier that evening and asked him to only hand over the keys When the room was ready for occupation. Obviously this was not done, as he handed the keys over a second time without checking that room was ready for occupation. The brides’s belongings were all over the room (obviously a privacy breach ) and the bathroom was not cleaned. Dirty towels were just Folded and left in the bathroom with her toiletries etc. We were extremely disappointed as my husband and I had to drive all the way home to Boksburg after 10:30pm.

A Few family members who stayed over had breakfast on the 03/12/2023... they have been sick with diarrhea since.
