As discussed with your manager on Saturday night 02/12/2023 at around 10:10 pm my room was not ready! I was very disappointed as I did speak to your manager earlier that evening and asked him to only hand over the keys When the room was ready for occupation. Obviously this was not done, as he handed the keys over a second time without checking that room was ready for occupation. The brides’s belongings were all over the room (obviously a privacy breach ) and the bathroom was not cleaned. Dirty towels were just Folded and left in the bathroom with her toiletries etc. We were extremely disappointed as my husband and I had to drive all the way home to Boksburg after 10:30pm. A Few family members who stayed over had breakfast on the 03/12/2023... they have been sick with diarrhea since.
Food is not as good as it use to be It lacks Pride and Flavor
I have been contacting vodacom for the past 3months... paying my account in time for poor internet fibre connection. They continuously close my service request without checking if my service runs properly. They sent incompetent people to change my router.... 3 different people had to come to finally install the router. Since then my internet cuts of all tge time... I have to continuously reboot the router...sometimes every 15 minutes while trying to stream a movie.
ONE OF THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDERS EVER. My wiring was so untidy and i am still waiting for a COC, Procrastinates and takes on other Jobs without completing the 1st. Some of their employees are very good but chopping and changing of their staff provides poor performance. Funnily enough they get a lot of Tender work.
