The quality of food of this restaurant at Emperor's Palace is so disappointing, even their manager agreed, but it is all he did. Their "eat as much as you like" work for them, because the food is not enjoyable enough to eat a lot. It is surprising to see what low standards people accept in this country.

I have looked forward for a long time, to taste the food of this restaurant in Emperors Palace Casino, but R 150 was a steep price. I finally did it, and was spectacularly disappointed. The fish was dry, and the mutton curry tough and of poor quality. Surprisingly, the manager agreed with me, stating he also experienced that on that day. The new approach to complaints from this restaurant, and the casino on an unrelated complaint, seems to be to agree with the customer, and invite them to come and spend money again, as they will get it right next time. Really, they did not get it right in three months, but they want your money again. Are customers really that vulnarable? Not this place or Emperors Palace will see my money again.
