I was caught in an online **** on Monday. About half an hour later, I realised it was a ****. I was advised to cancel my card, that will prevent the payment from being made. After doing that, and after reporting it on Capitec WhatsApp, and visiting the branch, they still paid these ****mers. Capitec showed no interest to protect my interest, and now that the money is gone, they want all kind of information. This is the highest degree of dereliction of duty, and unless they show some urgency, I will shower the media with their incompetence.
At 07h30 this morning at Spar Geduld Springs, while serving me, the cashier unashamedly, and with no consideration for me, sucked back her snot. When I told her how gross and bad mannered it was, she arrogantly told me its her sinus and she can do nothing about it. That sound kills any appetite for breakfast, and lunch and dinner. For a store who serves food, it is barbaric.
SILVERTON RADIATORS HEAD OFFICE DID NOT EVEN SHOW ANY CONCERN TO REACT TO THIS BARBARIC CONDUCT . IT MUST BE A GROUP CULTURE. A driver from Silverton Radiators Springs parked in a parking for disabled people, and parked me in in the process. Although there was ample other parking, his intention was clearly to seek confrontation. He then continued to threaten me, used fowl language and enticed me to go down to his level of mentality. I went to their offices to report the matter, and he came into to office, and again behaved like a barbaric in front of the owner and staff. My number of requests to control him was ignored, a d the staff and owner did not show shock at his behaviour. Up to now, I have not seen evidence that the company took any action against him. I therefore have to believe that the company approves of this conduct, and that it is the culture of the company. That the company do not hold their staff accountable, that is why this driver feel free to behave like a barbaric, in front of the owner and staff, and in public, and threaten pensioners and be abusive to the public.

I received exceptional service from Tyremart Meyerton a few years back, when they went the extra miles. I again today received exceptional service at Tyremart Boksburg, doing more and better than I expected. Well done team, you made the group proud.
The staff are rude and unfriendly. Previous complaints seems similar, so it must be the norm. Like management, like staff.
The Holiday Inn Roadhouse in Springs show their business hours to be from 8am. The place was still not open by after 9am. It seems to be too easy to make money in SA.
Very unprofessional. They do not have the courtesy to reply, not even after a second request.

It is the most inefficient and pathetic service. They delete client correspondence and service request details, and then request a copy thereof from the client. They do not inform clients of progress and ignore requests by the client. After frustrating the client and wasting their time, they do not have stock, and can not find the stock.
