Blurry movies. Youtube has better quality.

My mom and I went to watch Wicked For Good in 3D (theater 2), but is was so blurry we couldn't enjoy it. We went out three times to ask them to look into it but apparently the technician fixed it and they could see nothing wrong. We asked for a refund but the experience was ruined and I'm disappointed that an entertainment destination of such stature had such bad quality movies.
