Incompetent service from Monteirose Projects

I was assigned this contractor by my insurance to come fix my roof tiles. Appointment was set for 08h30 on 02/03/2019. They were late by 2hrs and when I called their office was directed to an emergency line by their answering system. When I called the line I was told that they could not locate my house on the GPS. They then arrived at 10h50am, assessed the job and left to go and fetch material for the work. At 14h44 they still have nit arrived back. Their manager has not responded to my message. I have spent a full day wasted waiting for incompetence
