On 20 July, Moodley Movers called me last minute to ask me to hire a van to deliver my furniture from my flat to the complex main gate because your 8 ton truck could not enter the complex. You instead got your guys to carry the furniture to the gate which you did not tell me about and later I found this out from complex management. Then only, did you send me a refund You also advised that you only had 2 guys to carry a house full of furniture so I had to pay a third person to help. You only allowed for the furniture to be offloaded once the payment reflected in your account. My 3 furniture items to the value of about R9000 was damaged and also a few glass/ plastic items broken. You simply apologized. My estate agent clearly asked the movers to leave the internet modem and router to be left behind but they delivered it from GP to KZN anyway. You then advised that you would be able to return the modem and router back on Saturday, 24 July, which you did not do and you did not let me know that you could not fulfil your word. I am really angry and disappointed so I had to post this to share my experience which lacked professionalism, communication and service skills.
