Mooirivier beskerming not so MOOI

I live in Protea manor Potchefstroom our gate motor broke on January 28 2015 therefore I contacted body corporate to report the problem they then said to me that mooi rivier beskerming dienste is responsible for the gate. Today is February the 3rd and still nothing has happened , I contact mooirivier every single day to get an update when are they coming to fix the motor and all I hear is one of the technicians will come and have a look today. There is round about 14 people who lives here 3 of that is guys the rest girls therefore I feel it is extremely unsafe for everyone living here. Today we caught an intruder on the property and he then ran thats how easy it is to gain access to the property. Mooirivier did put a temporary motor in today but its also not working so please dont use that as an excuse because you guys are not doing your job as good should have. Just because we are students living here does not mean our safety is less important.
