The CEO considers himself too important to make contact with paying customers, after requesting a call from him twice.
Their "reaction" services are slower than a slow cooker with a lamb-roast. The finances department, where they milk money from customers, "magically" sent invoices to the correct address, however, the reports we needed for our insurance (the service we paid for) was "sent" to the wrong address. We waited 5 WEEKS for their technical department to come take a look at our system. FIVE WEEKS!
