NOT WHAT THEY ADVERTISE AND TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT

I would not even give a rating. My experience all times ordering has been a nightmare. The product is not what is advertised and if i was able to post photos on this platform i would post all the photos of what these products are actually like and the effect on your skin. I would also post my experience with their head office which seriously needs new management. DEFINTELY FALSE ADVERTISING. They make up a million excuses, and cannot give answers. They don't even try do damage control, their response is "Sorry no refunds or exchanges" - that is what upset me the most. This should definitely not be app**** to your skin at all. i am still waiting for answers. ALSO- Bad packaging that leaks, can't read anything on the labels, the product separates from itself and on the face, the contour stick leaks and also sticks to your face it does not blend well - whatever is being advertised on tiktok and social media is not the product that is being sold and if it is - confusing because all times iv ordered i thought it was a production failure but has been the same every time. They tell me they recently changed their production after i used this as an excuse for them but then they couldn't tell me when they changed their formula. One bad experience and excuse after the next. Reading these reviews i see this is common with them.
