I applied for short term loan with moola loans on the 3rd of February 2022, the loan i applied for never been finalised as they didn't even tell me how much they going to give me and how much will be the installment but today on the 25th of February they deducted R710 from my account please help me because I'm paying for the service that was never rendered to me , i tried calling them they only have one phone number which is not working , i now feel like I've been scammed.

HI Moses, we do apologise for any inconvenience caused and would like to rectify any error on our behalf, could you please email your full name and surname as well as your mobile number to ***********, and we will find out what is the reason for your account being debited if no loan was disbursed. We will also check on our debit list in the meantime to see if that amount went through for a Moses. Also to mention we only collect monies via debicheck so if you did not authenticate a debicheck we would not have collected any monies.
