Undue threats and harassment
Experience with sister company/subsidiary Fusion Credit Solutions has been awful.
Undue threats and harassment. Even after having made an arrangement which has been confirmed by their Phumlile, which I have not deviated from, I keep getting emails that are tantamount to harassment from their Shavanee Kista by email almost every week threatening me. Extremely unprofessional and very frustrating considering there is an arrangement in place. This company must update its system to reflect any arrangement to prevent such.

25 Nov 2024, 09:51The customer account was handed over to our offices on the 18th September 2024. Last payment was made on the 15th October, customer made arrangements to Pay R670 on 15th November, payment reminder was sent to customer on the 12th November and 14th November VIA EMAIL. Customer responded with POP on the 15th November confirming that payment was made on the 14th November. we acknowledged the payment on the 15th November and advised by EMAIL that it will take 48 hours to reflect on her account, to date no respond from customer. We tried to call and at no joy. Customer had no contact via phone with our call centre, all our calls are recorded and we went through the recordings and did not find any of the calls mentioned by customer. `Customer is more than welcome to send us the date and number she called on and we will go through the recordings again.
Customer is unhappy to receive reminders for payment however any reputable debt collection company have the same procedure of sending reminders to clients of the payment that is due and once the payment is done a thank you is sent via SMS. We will however remove customer number going forward so she will not receive reminders and/or thank you after making payment.
