MoonSac is taking your money but do not deliver the goods

I have purchased and paid for 2 x make up bags on the 9th if June 2022, that was advertised in Facebook.

Now on the 16th of July 2022. I have not received my purchase . No one has contacted me. There is actually no customer service to complain about because it is non existing.
