Bad Customer Service

On the 2nd July 2023 during the National Arts Festival in Makhanda, I bought a black boot to the value of R1150.00. I requested a size 4. I realized the next day that I was given a size 3. I saw the cell number on the leather key holder they gave me and I phoned.

The guy advised me to return the boot and I sent it to my brother to take it to their store for an exchange. He took the boot back to Ottery branch. When he got there he was given a navy blue boot not the black that I bought and he was told that they do not have a black one which i did not understand because i have been phoning these guys for almost a month, they should have made the boot. I phoned the owner again who promised to investigate and call me back. He did not phone me and I decided to phone again. He told me that my brother should go back to the store there is a black boot. There was no apology nothing. I told him that I am unhappy because I'm the one always getting in touch with them and they do not care. The guy asked me "what do I want him to do" I told him that at least they should treat me as a customer and show me that they care. He was so rude to me and clearly does not care about customers. I asked him to refund me and take the boot back because it is unacceptable that I'm the one running after after they have given me the wrong boot. I will never buy from Mooo Shoes again.
