<div>My wedding was 10 December 2022. The package of R5020 included a shareable google drive link with all photo's - this link up to date (13/04/2023) are still not received. Loadshedding is being blamed that the photo's cannot get downloaded (although there were quite a few days since 10 December 2022 without any loadshedding). They never phone or advise what the delay is - only when we followed up, loadshedding was blamed. They read WhatsApp messages however do not have the decency to reply. Now they are saying that their systems have crashed and my photo's are gone. Offering me a whooping R250 refund for the loss of my special day's photo's (not even taking in calculation the calls and messages wasted on these people to get an answer). Loadshedding these days are used in SA as a convenient excused for bad service - but all we as customers are asking are for COMMUNICATION - but I guess loadshedding are also being blamed for no communication to customers. They also replied to my messages after I've mentioned during my call that I will share a review on social media with the following: "Given the fact that you’re threatening us with social media reviews etc we don’t see any endeavour to engage with you further!" It is sad....but your special day or event will not be remembered the way they are promising.</div>
