I have read a few other reports regarding the Morclick service and I have to agree 100% - the internet connection is almost non existent - again it has been noticed over the past few months. They are impossible to get hold of. They have no telephone number - I have had technicians promise to do line tests and i have had to leave work early so they connect and then no one helps me and I cant get hold of anyone to confirm the appointment. I have tried to cancel the contract but they want to charge me the balance of the contract which is absolutely not acceptable. As it is I am paying R 999.00 for a service I cant use. In the month of January I used 1GB of data. This is ******ion.
