I am writing this review to warn other potential customers about the shocking service I received from Moreleta Service Centre. My experience has been a long and expensive nightmare.
In June 2024, I took my Volvo V40 to them for a coolant leak. They replaced a pipe, and I paid a significant amount for the repair. Four months later, my car was back for an unrelated engine mount issue, costing another large sum. At this point, I noticed the car was still slowly losing coolant but trusted their previous work.
My trust was completely misplaced. In August 2025, I took my car to a different accredited workshop for suspension work. This new mechanic discovered the source of the persistent leak: Moreleta Service Centre had installed the incorrect coolant pipe back in 2024. This mistake wasn't just careless; it caused subsequent damage to my oil cooler inlet manifold.
When I presented this evidence to Moreleta Service Centre, they outright refused to take any responsibility for their error. They refused to fix the damage their incorrect fitment caused. Their lack of accountability is appalling for a supposedly accredited service centre.
I have since escalated the matter to Hello Peter and the Motor Industry Ombudsman. Please learn from my mistake. Do not trust your vehicle with Moreleta Service Centre. Their incompetence is matched only by their refusal to stand by their work. They are not worthy of their accreditation and should be avoided at all costs.
