I bought my vehicle from Morena December 2019. There was a leak/hole in the radiator and after two weeks of fighting with them they finally replaced the radiator as it had a hole in it. Point S the company Morena took my vehicle to who replaced the radiator never fitted one of the clamps back on properly and over the course of a few months the pipe the clamp was meant to hold slowly made its way off and while driving. The water all came gushing out my engine and my vehicle needs a new engine. Morena has had my Vehicle since the 17th of October and I am no closer to getting my car back. I am paying every month for something I am not driving. They didnt even submitted the claim to the warranty. I finally sent everything off to the Ombudsman after not having anything happen for 6months. I am currently paying for the damage that Morena and Point-S caused while i wait for the Ombudsman to make his call. On top of it i found out that Morena 3 days after receiving my car took my battery out and put in a flat dead battery that was 6yrs old. I have all the photo's so please do yourself a favour and avoid this dealership at all costs
