Thank you Lee-anne Ramtersad for you great service. This was the easiest policy revision I have ever done with a price I can afford.
Sorry Amazon but until you use payment options like Payflex and Pay Just Now I will continue to use Takealot
I paid you in full on the 1st of December. I checked on the app to see that you had received my payment and it said amount owing was zero. But yesterday you debited my account for that amount that was already paid up! I have tried phoning you. I have tried all 3 options and sent you enquiries on the app and no response! Can I get my money back with interest the way you charged me interest....
I have the misfortune of dealing with Quest Claims Solutions. Their client hit my car in May of 2023. She attempted to drive into on coming traffic and I tried to move over to avoid her and could not drive any further into the other traffics lane. Otherwise I would have had a head on collision with the traffic coming from that lane. I have basically been told that it was my fault for not doing better to avoid their negligent client. After getting all the documentation together and quotes for repairs it was sent to the Assessor on the 23rd of August. It has taken them up till today to send me a settlement amount. They want to pay out 80% of a quote they received from a panel beater who is not registered with any insurers and have told me that because of the age of my vehicle which is still under finance that they can use second hand parts on my car. I would like to know if anyone at Quest is using second parts on fixing their vehicles? Tell me Teboho and Shantal would you accept this if it was your vehicle? Below is the email I was sent. If I was at fault and caused damage to another vehicle I would expect my insurance to pay them what it will cost to properly fix the damage I had caused. Please note that this is a legal claim lodged against the insured’s policy and not a normal insurance claim on your policy. The merits remain apportionable as far as the legal principle is concerned. The law strictly places the same responsibility on all road users to be more vigilant, keep a proper look out and ensure that they take evasive action to avoid a collision as best and fast as they should. Because our driver may be the more liable party does not take away the stringent responsibility and expectations placed on your driver, nor does it change the merits of the case. As advised previously, a claim is only paid at 100% when one claims from their own insurance policy and no apportionment is applicable but only on legal claims. We believe that an 80% on this matter is fair and reasonable compared to the cases that have gone to court. Your vehicle is a 2012-year model vehicle hence our assessor quoted on second hand parts to the vehicle.
So Makro staff are busy striking. For anyone who is wondering why they haven't received their goods yet. I have been sitting fridge-less for 13 days now. But Marko has been paid. I want to know how i get my money back? And would also like to ask when you plan on giving your staff a basic economics lesson? They do know that they are costing you money and clients so their increase for next year is already trashed. And have you explained to them that they cannot expect a Dr's salary for working retail hours. When are you and other companies planning on standing up to the dept of labour and the strikers? Because there are plently of people who would gladly do their work!
I can't tell you how happy I am to be your client and for the service you provide. Interest is one of the reasons I havent bought a lot of items I so badly want or need. I have had two successful transactions with your site, and I have to say i am very pleased with the service i have received. Thank you for this awesome way to pay
My first time buying on your site was awesome. Thank you for the hassle free check out, the easy payment options and the speedy delivery. You have successfully converted a "I only buy instore" to a shop online
OK in Reitz has some of the friendliest and best staff of any shop i have ever been into. The new layout of the store is great and the fruit and veg are always fresh. And we love the cheese rolls! Thank you for the great service
I would just like thank Fritz at Checkers Bethlehem for the excellent service and responding to my query so quickly. I really appreciate the customer service I received. I have been a fan of Checkers for years now. And your prompt response showed me why I like shopping at your store so much.
Thank you so much for completely ruining my buying experience in this area. I am not to sure if being rude is one of the highlights of your interactions with prospective buyers but the way you treated me was almost as if you were saying I do not want your money. If you would like a lesson in customer service as someone who worked in that field for 12 years I would gladly assist you. I was not being rude when I told you that I had done my research on what those units cost to build because I am looking at either building or buying a similar type of home. This was your response to me. Good day Shannon, The A Frame is build within an Estate, thus exclusive to our area. The prices are not negotiable and sold in the developer’s capacity. Kind Regards Dont you think it may have been better to ask me if I wanted to view the property so you could show me what I was getting for that price. Even if my offer was lower then the asking price I am sure you would have to present it to your client unless you had been instructed not to present any offers under a certain price?
