non payments from Irene the owner

without a doubt a doubt they just bluntly lie about payments , then they turn around and make it our problem . IRene never phone back and never answer the mails , the time \I got hold of her was empty promises and they made it my problem due to their non payment , they say the are build on good morals and ethics . well replying to a customer and not lying is non of the above ,
