rep dont perform or care
To start off we got umbrellas from them years ago , then it started to fade and they replaced to material only , but this was the worst thing ever, its tore and looks bad . i ve never seen a representative in the last few years only a market analyzer. i told him about my problem last year and this year twice , he spoke to the REP and was said they will see me in a few minutes . its now again months SAB representative never made a turn by me and all complaints fall on deaf hears . they hire people that just work for a salary and don't care about the brand and the status of the advertising material . no respect for the customer and never been at my place for cold calls or just to introduce themselves thanks

this company send invoices out then send Harassments of non payments they got no proof nothing , dont answer calls just mails this is one big scam

non payments from Irene the owner
without a doubt a doubt they just bluntly lie about payments , then they turn around and make it our problem . IRene never phone back and never answer the mails , the time \I got hold of her was empty promises and they made it my problem due to their non payment , they say the are build on good morals and ethics . well replying to a customer and not lying is non of the above ,

I got sure gas for my Beer Draught machine , that cost me a amount every month for the Hire of the Bottle , November out of the Blue the charge me for two Bottles , I phoned non stop the girl that work with My account is always out , and don't even care about the messages we Leave , Then the email ********** , is one big joke never had any reply , then I I went to the office in Bethlehem , no results , they said a person with the Name of NIEL will sort it out he is from Klerksdorp , well no results from him . Afrox got a now care attitude towards problems , the staff got the same attitude .
