WHY DON'T YOU REFUND ME MY MONEY

On Monday 20th September, my son checked out of the Garden Court, Morningside. He is due R1800 refund. On the forms that he signed, it says funds will be released 72 hours later. After numerous calls and promises, NOTHING has been refunded. We have spoken to Roy and Lucky and both have assured that your accounts department and bank have released the money. There is nothing. I would like proof that this money have been refunded. Ref number 17325265. This is unacceptable business practise
