Mortein Indoor/Outdoor Citronella Spray not working at all

I bought your automatic indoor and outdoor citronella spray. I am so disappointed with it. It does not work at all. I left it spraying for 3 weeks and everyday there is still insects around and none are even slightly dead. I sprayed it directly on a 5cm ****roach and it did not even die. I have been using your indoor spray for years and NEVER had this problem. I recently moved and decided to buy your new and improved console with spray. Please can I get a replacement of one that actually works and kills or keeps bugs/insects out my house? I do not want to waste my money buying a new one and it does not work again. It is expensive so I expect QUALITY and for your spray to work especially when your product was always the best and USED to work well. My contact number is 0679749645.
