I bought your automatic indoor and outdoor citronella spray. I am so disappointed with it. It does not work at all. I left it spraying for 3 weeks and everyday there is still insects around and none are even slightly dead. I sprayed it directly on a 5cm ****roach and it did not even die. I have been using your indoor spray for years and NEVER had this problem. I recently moved and decided to buy your new and improved console with spray. Please can I get a replacement of one that actually works and kills or keeps bugs/insects out my house? I do not want to waste my money buying a new one and it does not work again. I sent in a request for withdrawal of my Retirement Fund on the 1 June 2021, as per the new ruling of the government, which they gazzetted on the 28 May 2021. Last week I got told that it had been processed and will receive feedback today that the funds have been released. Today I got told that your systems are still not up to date on the new ruling and I have to wait. I don't understand why I need to wait for you guys to update your systems when other financial services are up to date and are paying out their clients already. Why can't you process a manual payment? I don't think it's fair that you are making me wait for my money that I am owed and is rightfully mine because your company not up to date. Please can a manager contact me urgently, as your level of service is disgusting and I need to know what is going on. I never receive feedback on any of my emails and when I call I have wait on the for over half an hour. I want an answer today please.
I have a payment arrangement with FNB loans Consumer legal that on the 25th of each month they deduct R250, as I am unemployed due to Covid 19 pandemic. This month FNB double debited me R 1804.02 with a total of R 3608.05 and I only owe them just over R2000 of what is left of my loan. I have had this issue before with FNB and they wont reverse the money over the phone. You just get pushed from one department to another saying they not allowed to reverse the money. By the last call I was told to do this via the chat. When I tried to do this, Lesego just ended the chat without helping me. The money that FNB took is my rent and food for the month. I am unemployed and need this rectified today as my rent is supposed to be paid today or I get a fine. Please can a Manager phone me urgently regarding this. I need that amount reversed today!!! I have been trying to get hold of Fnb loans department since last week. I waited on the phone over an hour the first time and half an hour the other times but no one answers my call. I paid up my personal loan but by accident overpaid by R381. So when I log on to my banking I can see the credit. Please can someone assist me on getting my money back urgently.

I regularly pay every month, but this month they deducted twice without any consent or arrangement. I then went and reversed the one they double debited as I can't afford both to go off this month. They now have gone and deducted an amount of R575. When I called the call center to assist me the lady was not very helpful or friendly at all she would not reverse the amount or even be willing to assist me. Since my upgrade on my one phone, I have not received my bill electronically via email. It is 3 months now and I have phoned the call centre numerous times asking for my bill to be emailed electronically. To this day it is still not been done. I need both contracts sent to me. Please can someone sort this out ASAP, as it is very frustrating!!!

I am disgusted, shocked and frustrated with the quality of Cuddles. I have been using Cuddles for 3 and a half years and have never had problem before. I bought a packet of cuddles 2 weeks ago and a packet that lasts a month hasn't even lasted two weeks 9 out of 10 nappies have burst and leaked through in the front before they are full if not leaked through the sides break off. Either when applying the nappy or while on. Which leads to unnecessary increased washing loads. I have a 9 month old son so he doesn't move around a lot so this shouldn't happen. I understand one or two nappies in a pack but I can't be using double the amount of nappies a day plus 2 or 3 outfit changes. One cannot afford this, this day and age. I am now fed up Time and money wasted. I appreciate your prompt response.
<p>I appled for a boodle loan on the 17th September, you guys took too long to respond., so I cancelled my loan. Boodle still landed up paying me the loan. As instructed by the suport centre I paid it back imediately and emailed the proof of payment to Boodle. Weeks past and my profile still said I owed the money. I phone numerous times and emailed the support centre numerous times and got the same generic response they can see the received my payment and this had been esculated to be closed. On the 23rd Gabriel in the call centre managed to escuate this to his manager. They sent me a message confirming the loan is closed and they will not be debiting my account. On the 24 they debited my account and took the money from me. FNB my bank says they cannot reverse it. I phoned Boodle and they said agin that they can see that there a double payment and because this is their mistake they will esculate the refund as a priority so i should receive my money before 24 hours. It has now been more than 24 hours and I am still waiting for my money. This is becoming serious now as I need that money back TODAY. Please can someone phone me immediately and sort this out this is disgusting that a place can rob you of your money and not take this seriously. If I do not receive this by today I am taking this further. (attached are the evidence)</p>
