In June last year 2024,my mother passed on,she had a funeral policy with this funeral group, and my relatives also had theirs where they also registered her,so after her passing on we took her to Mosaic funeral palour so that they can render their service of burying her,but my relatives decided to use their funeral palours to bury her so informed Mosaic funeral parlor about the situation asking them to transfer the corpse to the other undertaker,they agreed and then charged me for storage of R4500 which I paid and the corpse was indeed transfered,furthermore they told me that they will only pay me a little sum of cash because thy are no longer going to do burying job. I then submitted the copy of my ID and then they did everything needed. Now the problem is they never pay i had received nothing from them to this on MWednesday 2025 december 10 I called them enquiring about the payment and they told me that they had paid but when I ask for the proof of payment they say I must wait for them to make some investigations and they will come back to me when they are done. My mother was their client from 2010 until 2024 june when she passed on,she was paying R 150.00 premium which was increasing every year her particulars were as follows:Margaret Mamokati Tshabalala with id number 360107 0410 081. Sir/Madam I would appreciate it if you please assist me on this matter ,I want these people to pay for is due to my family.
