Utter incompetence while laying fibre cables

They (or their contractors) are currently laying cables in our road. In the last 2 weeks they cut through 2 electricity cables and burst one water pipe. They are also digging up people's driveway and simply covering the busted tar and concrete with dirt. Incompetence and lack of care doesn't even begin to cover it. There is absolutely no way anyone will switch to their fibre after witnessing this.
