Motheo don't pay their subcontractors
Unfortunately Motheo Group are bad payers. I am a subcontractor and install playground equipment. The installation has been completed, invoices have been sent and months later and numerous phone calls and emails we still remain unpaid. We are only asking for what is rightfully ours.

Motheo don't pay their subcontractors
Unfortunately Motheo Group are bad payers. I am a subcontractor and install playground equipment. The installation has been completed, invoices have been sent and months later and numerous phone calls and emails we still remain unpaid. We are only asking for what is rightfully ours.

Motheo Academy
I did a 3 month ( new venture creation )course at Motheo Academy an the experience was not professional at all We got an induction after a whole month of attending, their contracts were not for the course I studied an on top of all I still haven’t gotten my certificates an they never respond back when texted or emailed . An when questioned one of their workers chose violence when we only wanted to understand why we didn’t get any induction when we started the first day. I finished the course June an I haven’t gotten a response or anything from them

Utter incompetence while laying fibre cables
They (or their contractors) are currently laying cables in our road. In the last 2 weeks they cut through 2 electricity cables and burst one water pipe. They are also digging up people's driveway and simply covering the busted tar and concrete with dirt. Incompetence and lack of care doesn't even begin to cover it. There is absolutely no way anyone will switch to their fibre after witnessing this.

Motheo Telecoms / Motheo Construction Group has lost the plot
Our Residential Complex was approached by Motheo and asked whether they could install fiber lines into the complex as well into each residential unit. We allowed them as they informed us that the whole process would take approx 4 weeks. Now almost 3 months later the process is yet to be finalize, in-home installations has not been finalized and some units have not even begun yet. If one calls the Installers or Motheo's people you only get excuses ie. lack of stock or you get voicemails. They don't have the decency to update a person and residents are now getting annoyed. Why would a company with a "some-what" good reputation not be able to communicate with clients nor make sure that they have all the required equipment before embarking on an installation project. We are now sitting in a complex with open gutters, exposed cabling and connectors and for the past 3 weeks not a person on sight doing anything ie. installations. This is not how one should provide a service but I guess it's the norm nowadays.
