Veatel/Frogfoot - Didn't pay MDW to not pay me
Good Day Everyone, I am starting to believe that FF doesn't pay there contractors. I did work for veatel who is contracted to frogfoot under a company called MDW and we only keep hearing that Veatel and Frogfoot hasn't paid. I am not sure what to do any longer i have been more than patient in waiting for my funds i have even resorted to only asking for the monies which i have spent to do the job and not even the profit any longer. I urgently need assistance or i will take this up with other social media platforms and even thinking about getting carte blance involved to show the world how companies are robbing smaller growing businesses. Good Day Everyone, I just want to take the time to share my experience i had with Telkoms call center. I recently bought a new phone on contract i applied online and was called back within 2 hours, The lady explained that the phone will be delivered and then the watch afterwards i don't understand why but i agreed, It has been 3 weeks i haven't received the watch i call multiple times and after having to wait holding for about 20mins to half an hour for someone to eventually pick all they say is it has been escalated. I am still waiting with no luck from the call center or from anyone who works in this company, There stuff members keep you on hold for numerous minutes which explains why there is always a big wait to speak to someone. Guys if the advert was a lie just tell me i'm not getting the watch so i can move on with my life calling you costed me now more than what this watch is valued at. There is no assistance or anything for them to help you please if anyone is interested in getting the Huawei Mate 30 Pro rather get it from MTN or Cell C im pretty sure the customer care is much better then having to suffer this way. I was told to hold after waiting another 30mins this lady amanda cut the call on me. I am officially going to cancel this contract. Please everyone use another ISP.

Parcel not delivered after taking contract, No feedback
Good Day Everyone, I ordered a new cellphone from telkom , they called me in 1 hour with regards to taking the contract , however my phone come with a watch which the sales person said i should call back to get once the phone is delivered. i called back and its 6 days later after and still nothing has been given it seems like they lied about the promotion on the adverti*****t.

Poor Service from FNB
Fnb Loans are pathetic you are always transferred from pillar to post the call center agents have no client centricity or urgency to help you. Managers are always in a meeting and when you ask to speck to one there isn't any but they work under supervision , how can someone work under supervision but no one higher them is available to speck i will report this to the FSB i still have no feedback and when they call you they allow the phone to ring once and hang up and send an sms they failed to get ahold of us this is terrible. Please contact me as i am still waiting for assistance and preferably one of the managers who are in meetings.

Bad Service // Being pushed out of a deal after application was summited
Good Day Everyone, I was browsing the We Sell Cars website and stumbled on a vehicle i was interested in ,After already purchasing 2 vehicles from them i was pretty excited to purchase a new vehicle from them. I then called there brunch and the operator notified me that the vehicle is available and they will transfer me to a sales consultant i then spoke to Jaco who tells me the vehicle was sold 1 week prior and the owner will take delivery today i then cut the call and i thought to myself maybe he was unsure , i called back and another salesman notifies me that vehicle is still available so i go to there brunch when i get there the vehicle is still on display and awaiting a new owner, while chatting to the salesman i see 2 other salesman around the car busy having a conversation regarding the vehicle. I at that point didn't take it to mind i put through an application for the vehicle and all was well, Then the Finance department tells me that my applications have declined i wondered why so i called the bank MFC as well as Wesbank tells me they require documentation and hence the application was declined further more the wesbank Markting consultant notified my Private Banker that the fact that I'm trading my vehicle in isn't noted on the application i call We Sell Cars back and they notified me they will update it the next day i get a call stating the vehicle can't be financed , I query Why they tell me that the service books do not correspond with the service records however i was told by the salesman the the service books they don't have. and i did my research on the car last service was on 70 somewhat thousand according to them it was 40 somewhat thousand then the manager of sales arrogantly tells me that it is there decision if they want to finance or not , Why couldn't that be told to me before i put my application in. then another story comes about that the vehicle has a performance modification so i queried what they tell me a Performance ECU so i said okay who informed them of this , Someone over the phone is what i was told . No clear black and white report from a proper authorized specialist in motor mechanic. then i was told someone else was ready to buy the vehicle so it seems as if they tried to bully me out of the Deal in order to sell to someone else who they might know due to the price of the vehicle. I am really disappointed in WE BUY CARS being a client who always supported this company with new vehicles I'm so shocked and disgusted. But i guess you guys have grown so big that the smaller clients are no longer a priority.
