My wife applied for assistance over a month ago and we were constantly waiting for a reply and it was clear that our emails were not being read.
We constantly had to follow up only to get told we have to get this done and that when we previously had sent the information.
My wife gave birth last week and when we followed up again we were told to send our banking details. We were told that we were rude and that it is clear that we know more than the consultant. The consultant then said she has thousands of clients who need assistance. We then received emails saying some money is not worth it and the refund has been made. I find this extremely unprofessional and sad because given the current times and the necessary items a newborn comes with a company does not care about the individual and their circumstances because they clearly have enough clients.
