This company is **** and they are robbing people.I got a cal on the 16th from a girl called Angie stating I owe R4400 and said I must pay R500 and I told her I’m not working and she never sent me anything stating I’ll be billed for her commission.on the statement I’m supposed to pay her commission which is R500,how the hell does a company not pay their employees their commissions? Why must they charge me.Today I decided to call them and they said I owe R5000 the money increased from last week by a R500.this is ********* and the lady I spoke with Adanda was o rude and that Angie they shouted me and I kept telling them there’s no need to shout.

threatening whatsapp messages
this company agents are rude and boarder line stalking. as a consumer i have rights and i know my rights. for a call center to send threatening whatsapp messages and actually make threats is something i would no take lightly and something that should never happen.

I have Garneshee from these lawyers and it's been years my ref number is Ref No:M1077190 when I call they drop my call the amount was R5764.05 since 31 JANUARY 2011 TILL TO DATE FOR AMOUNT OF 200 I WANT MY REFUND

Good day I have a garnishee since 2013 from Motlanthe Attorneys C/O RAMAKOBYA ATTORNEYS till to date can you assist me they deduct R200 EVERY MONTH TILL TO DAY THE AMOUNT WAS R5764.05 THAT WAS 2013 TILL TO DATE MY EMAIL nonkosi.monki@sita.co.za.

Ref N0: number is COLL/JD17891. <br> <br> I have been trying to get hold of Motlanthe Attorneys regarding garnish against me on numerous occasion but have been sent from pillar to post. I have requested a statement regarding this garnish as agreed on the amount to be paid on monthly basis, from July 2014 to date. I have never received any statement to show how much is outstanding on the amount. With a help from HR I have been promised to get statement since last year August, up until now nothing has been received. I only received empty promises. <br> <br> It is really frastrating to pay without knowing a progress on the payment made. Again it would be more easy for me to know when will the last payment be. In March 2013 I noticed a garnishee order from Motlanthe attorneys on my payslip,,, so I tried to phone them multiple times trying to find out what is for, they apparently not allowed to give info over the phone. so I gave my email address and they haven't send me anything till today. every time when I call they ask for my email and then nothing, I'm not even sure what's the garnishee for I'm assuming its the Foschini account I had before I lost my job in 2008.
