Good day, On 6 February I was credited with a R5,750 pre-wager sportsbook bonus with a 4x wagering requirement, meaning a total wagering target of R23,000. I bet the R5 750 sportsbook bonus and ended with R9 750. I then bet the R9 750. I also checked my balances and saw that I had R428 in loyalty points which I then converted and played slots ending with R1 100.75. I then also bet the R1 100.75 in sportsbook. When I checked my balances later, I had R26 876 in Sportsbook and R7 159.75 in slots which was withdrawable. I withdrew R7 000. When I went back to Sportsbook, the R26 876 had disappeared. I then cancelled my withdrawal but the R26 876 was still gone. Tsogo blamed the bonus removal on my withdrawal. I was also informed that it was system-driven, yet, nothing was done to correct it. What does my slots balance have to do with the Sportsbook balance? I highly doubt that a withdrawal will be allowed from the sportsbook bonus when the wagering requirement was not yet completed, hence the separate balances and the withdrawable amount only being R7 159.75, the balance in my slots account. By removing the bonus balance, Tsogo has ensured that I could not meet the 4x requirement, which I undoubtedly would have done since that and what I had already bet was way more than the required R23 000. At this time, I still had open bets and when I checked later, I saw that I had R1 R 1 750. This was when my remaining open bets started being suspended and voided as well as me receiving “Insufficient Funds” messages when trying to place more bets. This continued for hours until my time requirement ran out. Who knows how much I could have won if I was allowed to bet? Upon analysing my betting history, I noticed that I had won another R4 675 with my own funds which was not allocated to my slots balance. I have lodged a complaint (2nd one) with WCGRB.
After lengthy playing Dark Waters 2 Power Combo at R20 I finally won the maximum free spins. With 3 spins left I suddenly received an Error 211 message and continued receiving it for the next few minutes. I started a chat with support who had no idea what Error 211 was and kept asking ME to explain the error. I clicked on Sportsbook and noticed a R5 000 bonus. I don't gamble on sports but since it was a bonus I made a few bets and left R2 900 to bet with after I studied up on sports betting. The next day the bonus was gone. When querying, I was told that it had expired even though I received no notification that it would. I checked the bets that I had made and I actually won R750 from one bet but was never paid out. I was told to check the next day for the winnings, which never materialised. I then received a R50 bonus. I will be lodging a complaint with all the Gambling Boards about this as well as the delayed instant payment withdrawal issues. After 3 days waiting for my instant payment withdrawal, I threatened to lodge a complaint and it was paid within minutes. I advise everyone to lodge complaints. Who knows, the more complaints could lead to investigations, fines and fair play.
Good day, on 27/11/2025 I received a sms stating that my personal loan is in arrear & to resolve this my debit order date for December will be changed to 12. I complained to Nedbank and have yet to receive a reply. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.
My contract expired on 11/01/2025. I received an email confirming this and that my new installment would be R154.78. I received my Jan statement with zero extra charges but my bank account was debited on 15 Feb 2025 with R648.00
I emailed nedbank on 6 May that I would be late with bond instalment due to circumstances. I only had enough money for 4 smaller debit orders. nedbank went ahead and took all my money which meant 4 unpaid accounts, 4 bad credit listings. nedbank does not consider clients at all. I have been a nedbank client for 20+ years and it means nothing to them.
My dog was in surgery and her stitches and bandages had to be redone 4 times due to her gnawing on it. This is why I specifically ordered the items (muzzle) because it stated "eligible for next day delivery". I was now told that it could take a week. My dog could be dead within a week. This is more than an inconvenience. It is totally unacceptable. It is false advertising. You are putting my dog at risk.

After more calls and messages, I finally received a call and the person hung up soon after answering, without even talking to me. You do not deserve to be in business. Stop blaming loadshedding. I have a backup. Why don’t you have one with the billions you are making? You need to drop the super in your name as there is nothing super about your service.

Clearscore and experian are absolutely corrupt with the way they handle credit scores. My score was 669 for months. I was 1 month away from having no credit enquiries on my profile. This should have increased my score above 700. Clearscore & experian then decreases my score by 23 points because of a new account that I actually had for years. This is totally corrupt behaviour and unacceptable. I am now lodging a complaint with the credit ombudsman.
