****mer at Motocars SA / Oxygen Functional Fitness Ismael Khan

Owner, Ismael Khan is a ****mer. Sold me a car that was registered to someone else, refused to register the car until a letter of demand was sent and then he registered the car in my name immediately but 4 months late and no roadworthy done or license so car is not legal on the road (I paid in full for this to be done), has reneged on repairs agreed to be done, took VAT from me but no tax invoice or proof he paid it to SARS. He’s a chancer and ****mer so don’t buy a vehicle from him. Zero mechanical support available now and he ignores requests to complete the repairs. Operates from the boot of his car and his gym Oxygen Functional Fitness in Greenpoint, Cape Town (not sure if he actually does own it but he says he does). Boasted how he’s been in this situation several times before so he knows how to work the system and he knows it’s costly to hold him accountable. I for one won’t be taken for a fool so won’t be walking away from what he owes me! Sad that dishonest people like Khan can continue to do good people in with no conscience. Would love to know how he was able to register the car in my name without a roadworthy certificate. Stay away from Ismael Khan/Motocars SA/Oxygen Functional Fitness and anything else he is related or linked to. Buyer be very aware!
