Sudden change in installment date

When did you start deducting vehicle installments before payday?Who gave permission? Who is going to pay for the interest because my account is now in the negative?When speaking to a representitive they said it is a campaign that I have to opt out of.What Bull**** campaigns are you runnig?I have had the vehicle 2 years and this has not happend before.How can you just change my deduction date?Did you notify my employer that I must get my salary earlier? Is this just pure idiocy or just Greed?
