Worst customer experience ever

So I tried to make use of this company's services. Something came up and I had to cancel the service and request a refund. They had responded and agreed to the cancelation but as for the refund, I'm still on the hook for it a month later. The majority of emails to this company about my refund has gone without a response. I have given the company a lot of time to rectify the situation, who does not even have the decency of issuing a response to the numerous emails. Be extremely wary. Do business with this company at your own peril!!!!
