Dear Motor Industry Fund Administrators
I am writing to formally complain about the complete lack of support I have received from you as company, which has left me deeply distressed, disappointed, and feeling abandoned at a time when I most needed assistance.
As a pension fund entrusted with safeguarding members’ financial security and wellbeing, I find your handling of my situation to be wholly unacceptable. Despite repeated attempts to seek guidance and support regarding my query I have been met with inaction, delays, and a concerning lack of empathy.
I have made every reasonable effort to engage constructively with your organisation. However, my communications have either gone unanswered, been met with generic responses that fail to address my circumstances, or resulted in being passed from one department to another without resolution. This has caused significant emotional strain and has eroded my trust in an organisation that is meant to act in the best interests of its members.
What I find particularly upsetting is the absence of any meaningful support or guidance. At no point have I felt listened to, understood, or assisted. Instead, I have been left to navigate a complex and stressful situation alone without any proper support that you are obligated to give me, despite the fact that this is precisely the type of support a pension fund should provide.
Your failure to act with care, transparency, and urgency has had a real and personal impact on me. This experience has fallen far below the standard of service that any reasonable member would expect, and I believe it represents a serious failure in your duty of care.
