I had A Vehicle insurance with MFC total loss. I have reported an accident claim a month ago and till now there is no response, when I try to enquire about my claim they transfer me from one consulted to the other, the frustration of not having a car are killing me but mostly the one of not knowing where I stand. Thank you L. Korope

I'm a victim of 2025 February 07 I insured my Suzuki swift 1.2 2024 with auto and general insurance, they promised me telephonically that if my car got ****** or involved in the accident they will replace my vehicle, however on the 7th February 2025 my car involved in an accident were both front airbags were out, when I submit my claim they said my insurance option is trade value they can't replace my vehicle, they further indicated that they will only pay R129 000 to my finance which is Standard bank because the trade value of my vehicle is R167 000 when I checked I found that my vehicle worth R189 000,so they said they are going to pay R129 000 to my finance and I will have to continue with my vehicle installment without it anymore,I went found Motor Registered Industry Company which promised me that they will fix my vehicle with expense of R30 000 including installation of new airbags. But autoand general insurance rejected that insting that my vehicle is written off, please good people if you're insurance with auto and general insurance cancel your policy now before trouble came.

Had a brake down in peak traffic near Alberton on Thursday evening when a waterpipe came off one of my cars insured with Vantage ( insurance for classic and collectable cars ). In no time arrangement were made to have my car taken on a flatbed truck home and a security officer was sent to make sure I was safe whilst waiting for the recovery truck. Thanks you very much for the excellent service.
